Engage uses source integrations to collect and ingest data to the platform. You generally need at least one active source to use Engage, but most customers end up using multiple sources to fulfil their intended use cases. When you first sign in to Engage you will be required to setup your first source integration.
We have built out plugins for a number of platforms to effortlessly integrate your source to Engage. These plugins combine API connections for data extraction with implementation of the Engage javascript tracker for realtime event tracking. All you need to get started.
