Analytics

Within the Engage platform there are a number of different analytics reports available, all designed to give the customer actionable insights into the ecommerce business. The standard reports are all delivered out of the box and does not need any additional configuration from a customer perspective expcept the process of connecting Engage to the store.

For the first time user, please allow up to 24h before checking the reports since the inital data processing needs to be completed before the reports are created.
